Joe Moose, aka "Solar Joe," is an award-winning sales expert with nearly two decades of experience. In 2017, he was named "Salesman of the Year" and went on to host a solar seminar tour of California. When the pandemic hit, Joe shifted his focus to educating, training and providing valuable content to the solar community. 


His Solar Objections Facebook group now has over 24,000 members and he hosts and trains through webinars and live events on topics such as objections, sales tactics, and virtual selling. Joe is also an owner of The Solar Academy and Co-founder of SolarCon. Joe enjoys learning about new technologies and spending time with his family.

For the past 15 years, Dusty has been leading solar sales and solar finance teams across the country.  Dusty is one of the founders HDM Capital that launched just over 5 years ago.  He has driven billions of dollars of solar sales and solar financing. 

Prior to founding HDM Capital, Dusty launched solar financing products with sales and installers across the country with Clean Power Finance.  He led Complete Solar’s (recently gone public) sales efforts to transform their sales model into a sales dealer model. 

Dusty lives in Salt Lake City with his wife and 2 kids, 13 and 15.  Outside of work you will find him golfing, skiing, fishing or camping.

Kitch Larsen got his start in sales nearly twenty years ago in Houston, Texas where he sold pest control door-to-door. He then spent the next dozen years selling home security all over the country before making it to California where he fell in love with the residential solar market. 


Kitch has been a top producer in each of the industries he has worked in, but his solar career really exploded in 2019 shortly after he sold his first HDM prepaid PPA. Since that time Kitch has trained dozens of reps on how to correctly present the HDM prepaid PPA and why it is such a powerful way to finance solar projects. Kitch and his teams have been responsible for helping hundreds of homeowners to go solar using prepaid PPAs. 


Kitch also loves to spend time with his wife and children, is a firearms enthusiast, and enjoys traveling to new places whenever he gets the chance.
